You can expect to be received and loved unconditionally. You can expect your entire family to be challenged with the Gospel of a loving Christ.
History
New Life Community Church began out of prayer and a vision of starting a new work that would bring “New Life” into a town saturated with churches. Our first public worship began with 7 people in April of 2002. We are in our 3rd worship space in 4 years to meet the growing needs of people in our community. We are an interdenominational church with contemporary music and relevant messages.
Leadership
New Life has a 5 person Leadership team that assists the pastor in making decisions that will help grow the congregation, and meet community felt needs in our city.
Meet Our Pastor
Rev. Fred Harrold Jr. is the founding pastor of New Life Community Church. He has 16 years of vocational student ministry and youth evangelism experience. He's currently working toward his Master’s Degree in Biblical Studies. Fred uses humor and personal interest stories to make the Gospel come alive to his congregation. He holds degrees in Education and Business Management. Fred and Cindy have been married for 27 years. They have a 25 year old daughter, Ashley.

Belief Statement
God- We believe there is only one true God, eternally existing in three persons: God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit. God owns all and controls all according to his will. The Holy Spirit performs the miracle of the new birth in unbelievers, indwells and empowers new believers. John 1:1-3
Holy Scriptures-We believe that the Bible is God's divinely inspired written revelation, final authority on all matters on which it speaks. II Timothy 3: 15-17
Man- We believe that man was created in the image of God, but because of voluntary sin, was alienated from God. Only through faith in Christ Jesus, can man be made right with God. Romans 5: 18-19
Salvation- We believe in eternal security offered by Christ's redemptive work on the cross. All who put their faith and trust in Christ will be eternally saved. Romans 4: 22-25
Church- We believe the Church is a spiritual autonomous fellowship made up of baptized believers who have put their faith in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Acts 2: 46-47
Baptism- We believe in Biblical water baptism by immersion, in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, symbolizing the believer's faith in a crucified, buried, and risen Savior. Matthew 3:13
Lord's Supper- We believe the elements of communion to be a worshipful symbolic act of obedience and remembrance of the broken body and shed blood of Christ. We practice open communion to all believers who profess to belonging to the universal body of Christ. Mark 14:22-24
Priesthood of the Believer- We believe in the equipping of all Christians for the work of the ministry as God has gifted each believer. II Timothy 1:9
Stewardship- We believe all Christians have the blessing and privilege to support the local church financially. We practice 'Not equal giving, but equal sacrifice. Malachi 3:10
Laying on of hand and anointing with oil- We believe in the corporate power of prayer of God's people by laying on of hands and anointing with oil. James 5:14
